Frequently Asked Questions

Is PromoCodely free?

Yes. You do not need an account to browse or use any offer.

What does "Verified" mean?

It means our editors confirmed the offer's terms at an official merchant source or an authorized partner on the date shown. It does not mean every code was tested at checkout — we say so separately when that has happened. See our verification policy.

Why did a verified code not work for me?

Stores can end promotions early or limit how many times a code can be used. Codes may also be restricted to new customers, certain products, a minimum spend or a specific country. Check the offer's terms, and if it still fails, report it so we can recheck.

Why are some store pages empty?

Because we only publish offers we can confirm. An empty list means we have not found a current promotion from a reliable source — not that we forgot to add one.

What does the country selector do?

It shows offers available in your selected country plus worldwide offers. It never blocks you from viewing other countries, and your choice is stored in a small cookie on your device.

How do saved offers work?

When you click Save on an offer, it is stored in your browser only. We do not receive the list, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Do you earn money from the links?

Some links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Read our affiliate disclosure.

Can I suggest an offer?

Yes — use the submit an offer form. We check every submission against an official source before publishing.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us.
