Who can use it

Terms
Workspace must be on the Free Plan and have only one member before upgrading. Includes up to 100 guests, unlimited uploads and 30 days of page history. Each school email can claim the plan once, for one workspace. Upgrading to a paid plan permanently ends that workspace's Education eligibility. School email must be re-verified once a year. Student organizations can apply separately.

About Notion
Notion is an all-in-one workspace for notes, documents, wikis, task lists and simple databases. Individuals use it for study notes and personal planning, while teams use it as a shared knowledge base and project tracker. It offers a free plan for individuals alongside paid Plus, Business and Enterprise plans, with discounted pricing when you pay annually.
Ways to save at Notion
Students and educators at accredited colleges and universities can upgrade an individual workspace to Notion's free Education Plan using their school email address.
If you are already on a paid plan, Notion asks you to downgrade to Free before switching to the Education Plan — check the requirements first.
For teams, compare the annual and monthly price of the same plan; annual billing is usually cheaper per month.
